Paloma Santiago is a dedicated PGA Professional from Mercer County, New Jersey, with a deep passion for the game and a strong commitment to community impact. As a General Management PGA Certified Professional and a graduate of Methodist University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management; she has spent years honing her expertise in golf instruction, program development and nonprofit leadership.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Paloma is a licensed Realtor and holds a key position within the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
Paloma’s journey in golf began in Trenton, New Jersey at the age of 9, leading to a standout high school career as a player and captain for the Lawrence High School boy’s golf team. After earning her Business degree from MU in 2016, she was elected to PGA Membership in 2017, further solidifying her career in the industry.
Her dedication to growing the game and fostering opportunities for others has earned her recognition, including the prestigious Woman of Achievement award from Mercer County.
Whether mentoring aspiring golfers, securing resources for community programs, or working alongside policymakers, Paloma remains focused on ensuring golf is both accessible and impactful for those she serves.

Frances Boisselle, a distinguished Navy Reserve Veteran and technology expert, is a driving force for community empowerment through golf and innovation. With over four decades of experience in Information Technology and a lifelong passion for golf, Frances has dedicated herself to advancing both fields while making a profound impact on her community in Mercer County, New Jersey.
As CEO, Co-Founder and Social Media Manager of Live Golf, Frances blends her extensive IT background with entrepreneurial vision to pioneer innovative solutions in the golf industry. Her leadership and strategic insights have propelled Live Golf to the forefront of technological advancement, empowering businesses and individuals with the state-of-the-art tools and platforms.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in the golf industry, Frances has demonstrated her commitment to community engagement and education through the sport. As a former Board member of the First Tee, she played a pivotal role in using golf as a vehicle for providing educational opportunities to youth, fostering personal growth and development.
Committed to giving back, Frances actively mentors youth and adults, leveraging golf to instill values of discipline, resilience, and education. Frances is dedicated to assisting individuals who find solace and therapeutic benefits in utilizing golf as an alternative form of rehabilitation and healing.

Greg Anderson is a seasoned educator and coach, with a profound dedication to nurturing both physical and mental well-being. with a career spanning over a decade, Greg has left and indelible mark on the lives of students and athletes alike, serving as a beacon of inspiration and guidance.
Currently stationed at The Cranbury School since 2012, Greg fulfills the dual role of Physical Education/Health Teacher and Head Coach across multiple sports disciplines. His tenure has been marked by the development of robust teaching frameworks for diverse age groups, from Kindergarten to 8th Grade. As Head Coach, Greg’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping successful soccer, basketball and baseball programs, with a focus on fostering both individual growth and team cohesion.
Beyond the confines of the school grounds, Greg extends his influence to community sports organizations, including the Cranbury Soccer Club. Here, he shares his expertise in designing effective game plans and implementing tailored training programs, leaving a lasting impact on aspiring athletes.
Greg’s commitment to sports education transcends conventional boundaries as an instructor and demonstrator at Live Golf, he not only imparts technical skills but also serves as a catalyst for social change. His initiatives provide therapeutic avenues for Veterans and offer inclusive opportunities for individuals to learn and excel in the sport of golf.
Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from The University of Delaware, Greg boasts a rich repertoire of certifications from esteemed bodies such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine, New Jersey Youth Soccer, and the United States Golf Teachers Federation. His expertise encompasses curriculum development, team management, and mentorship, complemented by a unique blend of attributes including resilience, leadership, and unwavering patience.

Board Member | NJ State VFW Commander
Luddie Austin is a retired Detective Police Sergeant of the Trenton Police Department and a retired combat Veteran of the United States Army, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class. A graduate of Trenton Central High School, Luddie went on to serve both his Country and his community with dedication and distinction.
During his military service, Luddie attended various leadership courses, which laid the foundation for his career in law enforcement and public service. As a Trenton Police Officer, her was assigned to Trenton’s Weed and Seed Program, where he worked closely with inner-city youth. Luddie is a graduate of Wilmington University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Throughout his military career, Commander Luddie deployed multiple times, including in response to the 9/11 attacks, where he was stationed at the Holland Tunnel before transferring to the Salem Nuclear Power Plant. In ‘04, he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as a Combat Military Police Squad Leader with the 89th Military Police Battalion. While in Iraq, his responsibilities included debriefing prisoners and civilians, force protection, route security and leading quick response teams under imminent threats.
On April 14, 2004, during an attack on the Bab Al Muadam Iraqi Police Station, Luddie displayed extraordinary bravery by exposing himself to enemy fire to return and successfully repel the attack, ensuring the defense of the station.
Luddie has been honored with numerous awards for his service, including the Army Bronze Star Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Military Leadership Ribbon, Army Good Conduct Medal, Noncommissioned Officer’s Professional Service Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Trenton Police Valor Award, New Jersey Law Enforcement Meritorious Service Medal and the City of Trenton Elijah Sapp Public Safety Award.
After 21 years of service, Luddie retired in 2008, but remains committed to supporting Veterans, especially when it comes to their Mental Health. In 2017, he founded the first Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post in Trenton NJ. He currently serves as the New Jersey State Commander for the VFW, continuing his mission of advocacy and service for fellow Veterans.

Nicole is a proud U.S. Army Reserves Veteran and lifelong advocate for community and service. With more than a decade experience in the nonprofit sector and over 20 years across education, marking and sales, she brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her work. Nicole’s journey with Live Golf began with a simple but powerful belief: every soldier deserves not only our gratitude, but also our unwavering support.
Her career has included leadership roles in program management, fundraising, marketing, civic education, and departmental leadership at organizations ranging from local blood banks to national retailers and state government. Through these experiences, Nicole has developed a deep commitment to initiatives that strengthen and uplift the Veteran community. Inspired by her own service and the soldiers she has stood beside, she understands firsthand the difference that dedicated nonprofits can make in the lives of Veterans and their families.
When she is not riding along in the golf cart at Live Golf, you will often find Nicole cheering courtside at her daughter’s tennis matches, enjoying visits to the “Most Magical Place on Earth,” or baking her family’s favorite homemade treats.

Medina Wilson, CPT, U.S. Army Veteran
Chief, Mercer County Veterans Services
Medina Wilson is a distinguished retired U.S. Army Captain and the current Chief of Mercer County Veterans Services, where she leads the county’s veteran support infrastructure with strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep compassion. As the first African American and Woman to hold this position, Ms. Wilson has redefined what veteran advocacy looks like at the county level—championing equity, access, and recognition for those who have served.
In her role as Chief, Ms. Wilson oversees all veteran-related programming and services across Mercer County, ensuring that veterans and their families receive the benefits, resources, and support they have earned. She is an Accredited Veteran Service Officer with advanced qualifications in Veterans Affairs Appeals, and under her leadership, the department has launched several groundbreaking initiatives, including:

Her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to inclusivity earned her the New Jersey State Governor’s “We Value Our Veterans” Award for 2021–2022, a testament to her impact and leadership.
Born in Trenton, New Jersey to CW3 David Wilson (Ret.) and Juanita Wilson, Ms. Wilson is a proud graduate of Ewing High School. She began her military career at age 17 at the Hamilton Reserve Center and went on to serve with distinction in the 50th Finance Battalion and the Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) program with the 250th Support Battalion in Bordentown and Sea Girt, NJ.
After graduating from Officer Candidate School, she commanded Alpha Company, 250th Support Battalion, leading her unit through training and deployment during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm—one of the first major conflicts where female soldiers served alongside male counterparts in combat zones. Her active-duty assignments spanned Italy, Germany, Qatar, and Turkey in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.
Throughout her military career, Ms. Wilson received numerous honors, including Instructor of the Year, Regional Officer of the Year, and Soldier of the Year, reflecting her exceptional leadership and service.
Following her retirement, she continued her commitment to veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs, serving as a Community Outreach Coordinator across four counties and as a Group Counselor Intern at the Trenton Vet Center—roles that laid the groundwork for her current leadership.

Board Member | MSG/Ret. US Army
Henry Frasier proudly served 25 years in the United States Army, dedicating his career to leadership, service and excellence. He began his military journey in May of 1981, entering Army Basic Training at Fort Gordon, GA, where he was selected as the senior squad leader of his platoon. Following Basic Training, he completed Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Gordon before receiving his first duty station assignment with the 2nd Armored Division at Fort Hood, Texas.
Throughout his distinguished military career, Henry deployed to Germany for two years, Korea for one year, and Iraq for one year, gaining extensive experience in operations and leadership. After retiring from the Army in 2006 as a Master Sergeant (MSG), he transitioned into the civilian sector, where he continued his commitment to excellence in information technology. He spent 25 years at Bloomberg IT before retiring in 2022.
With a lifetime of service to both the military and civilian sectors, Henry remains a dedicated leader and Veteran advocate, carrying forward the values of discipline, teamwork, and integrity instilled throughout his career.
